I'm a tutor based New York City, New York, where I'm currently completing my undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Tufts University. I've always enjoyed examining the micro-level processes that make up our everyday lives, and this passion led me to fall in love with biochemistry. Since starting my degree at Tufts, I've reinforced my interest in this field and hope to one day attend medical school with this knowledge in hand. As part of my education, I've been serving as a mentor for other students. This mentorship takes many forms, but often it ends up being an avenue for me to help tutor other students. As a tutor, I focus on identifying exactly where in the chain of knowledge a student is struggling. Then, I break that piece of knowledge down to a micro level and help the student really understand every piece of it before applying it to the broader field of knowledge. I ask questions of the student throughout the tutoring process, and make sure that we're continuously on the same page with how to proceed. I've become deeply passionate about tutoring and hope that I can help you reach your educational goals with the skills that I've learned.
